Traveling the third third of life can be both a joy and a challenge. The journey can be exciting and intimidating,
exhilarating and unnerving, inspiring and bewildering.
It can propel a person into new possibilities or stop folks in their tracks.

Whether you are on this  journey or you are walking alongside someone who is navigating this stage of life,
we hope that the opportunities, information, and resources you will find on this website will serve as a helpful traveling companion.

New Opportunities Available
  • Art & Aging: Linda Wiles & the Lifetime Joy of Music
  • March Coffee Chats: Things to Avoid Along the Journey
  • I've Been Wondering: How Can I Cook Simple & Healthy Meals?
